Connect Ceibo to Claude
Let Claude read your saved trips and tours from Ceibo. Read-only, and you stay in control. ChatGPT is coming soon.
What it is
The Ceibo connector lets Claude read your saved trips, the entry and document requirements for a saved trip, and your walking tours or the public tour catalog, so you can ask questions about them in a conversation.
It is read-only. The assistant cannot change, book or buy anything in Ceibo.
What the assistant can do
- List your saved trips.
- Read one of your saved trips.
- Read the current entry and accepted-document rules for a saved trip. This is not a transit visa assessment, and a missing rule means it is unknown.
- List your own walking tours or the public tour catalog (summary details only).
- Read the summary of a walking tour you can access.
Tour narration, steps and media stay in the Ceibo app and are not available to the assistant.
What you need
A registered Ceibo account (not a guest or anonymous session) that has accepted the current Terms.
How to connect in Claude
- In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, and choose "Add custom connector".
- Name: Ceibo. Remote MCP server URL: https://app-api.ceibo.me/v1/mcp
- Choose Add, then Connect. Claude sends you to ceibo.me to sign in with your Ceibo account; there is no client ID or secret to enter.
- Review the consent screen, which shows which app is asking for access, and choose Allow.
It works on claude.ai and Claude Desktop. On Team and Enterprise plans, an owner may need to allow custom connectors first.

How to disconnect
Remove the Ceibo connector in Claude's settings and the assistant stops accessing your data.
Privacy
The assistant only gets what your account can already see in Ceibo, and only when you ask it something that needs that data. Anthropic then processes it under its own terms.
