How Ceibo sources and verifies travel information

What our travel information is, where it comes from, and how to use it responsibly.

What Ceibo provides

Ceibo brings together publicly available travel information — entry, visa, passport, and health requirements — and organizes it around your trip so it is easier to understand and act on.

The goal is clarity: a single place to see what a trip typically requires and to start preparing your documents.

Where the information comes from

We compile information from publicly available travel and government resources. Where a source is available for a specific requirement, we link to it so you can read the original.

Where we track when a piece of information was last checked, we show a "last verified" date next to it. A source label identifies the linked publisher or website; it does not make Ceibo an official source.

A requirement can combine a passport-specific rule with general destination conditions. A combined verification date does not mean every field was checked separately on that date.

What this is not

Ceibo is not an official government source, and it is not legal, immigration, or medical advice. It does not guarantee entry, visa outcomes, or that any requirement is complete or current for your specific situation.

Travel requirements change frequently and can depend on your nationality, your route, your purpose of travel, and the length of your stay.

How to use it responsibly

Use Ceibo to understand and prepare — then confirm anything critical or time-sensitive with the official government or embassy for your destination before you travel.

When a requirement links to a source, follow it for the authoritative details.

Freshness and corrections

Because rules change often, information can become outdated between checks. A verification date records the check we have on file, not a guarantee of current validity. We do not promise a fixed refresh interval for every destination.

If sources disagree or do not cover your situation, consult the destination immigration authority or consulate and check boarding requirements with your airline. A missing field or date should not be read as an exemption.

If you notice something that looks outdated or incorrect, please let us know through the feedback link in the footer so we can review it.

Coverage

Coverage varies by destination and is expanding over time. Some destinations may have limited or incomplete information — when in doubt, confirm with official sources.
