Terms and Conditions of Use

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the terms set out below shall have the meaning assigned to them, whether used in the singular or plural:

• ●Ceibo: the company that owns and operates the Ceibo Travel Platform.
• ●Ceibo Travel / Platform: the digital ecosystem operated by Ceibo, including its website, applications, programs, features, content, technological tools and associated services.
• ●User: any natural person who accesses, browses, registers on and/or uses the Platform, regardless of the manner of use.
• ●Services: the features, content and tools of a general informational and support nature that Ceibo makes available through the Platform, without this implying the provision of travel, professional or intermediation services.
• ●Policies: the set of rules, guidelines and supplementary documents governing use of the Platform, including, among others, the Privacy Policy and any usage and security policies Ceibo may establish.
• ●Pro Plan / Subscription Plan: the mode of access to the Platform whereby the User, in exchange for payment of a monetary consideration, gains access to certain additional features of the Platform. The specific features included in each plan will be those that Ceibo indicates, discloses or publishes at the time of purchase, and may vary depending on the plan.
• ●User Content: any image, photograph, document, text or other material that the User uploads, submits or otherwise incorporates into the Platform.

Ceibo Travel is an informational technology platform, operated by Ceibo (hereinafter, "Ceibo"), whose purpose is to assist Users in finding, consulting and organizing information relevant to the planning, organization and development of trips.

The Platform provides content, tools and features designed to facilitate access to information of general interest for people who travel, without this implying the provision of travel, professional or intermediation services.

The Platform is purely informational and advisory in nature.

Ceibo does not act as a travel agency, intermediary, representative, agent, advisor or guarantor of services provided by third parties, nor does it provide legal, immigration, health, medical or other professional advice of any kind.

Use of the Platform does not create any contractual relationship other than the one arising from these Terms and Conditions.

The Services currently available on the Platform include, among others:

• ●Lookup of visa and entry requirements by destination country, including information on visa types, requirements for obtaining them, and maximum length-of-stay periods.
• ●Registration of the User's passport issuing country and expiration alerts, with advance notice of up to ninety (90) days before the expiration date.
• ●General information about international destinations, including health requirements, recommended vaccinations, weather conditions and documentation required for the trip.

The information, content, responses, suggestions, alerts and features available on the Platform:

• ●Are provided for general guidance and support purposes.
• ●May be based on public sources, third-party information, or data entered by Users.
• ●May be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or not applicable to each User's particular situation.

Ceibo does not guarantee the accuracy, currency, completeness or applicability of the information made available. The User understands that the information obtained through the Platform is not sufficient on its own for making personal, business or travel decisions, and that it must be supplemented and verified through official sources or qualified professionals.

In addition to free access to certain Platform features, Ceibo may offer paid subscription plans -including, without limitation, the "Pro Plan"- that grant access to additional Platform features.

The specific features included in each subscription plan will be those that Ceibo indicates, details or publishes at the time the corresponding plan is purchased, and may vary depending on the plan and the time of purchase.

Ceibo may, at any time, add, modify, limit or discontinue the features included in a subscription plan, as well as create new plans or discontinue existing ones, for technical, operational, commercial or any other reasons, subject to Section "Policies and Amendments" where the change qualifies as a material amendment.

Subscription plans may have a monthly, annual or other billing cycle as determined by Ceibo. The price, payment method and billing terms of each plan will be disclosed to the User at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise indicated at the time of purchase, subscription plans will automatically renew at the end of each billing period, for successive periods of equal duration, until the User cancels through the mechanisms Ceibo makes available for that purpose.

The User may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the then-current billing period; the User will retain access to the plan's features until that date, with no refund or pro-rated reimbursement for the period already paid, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Any change in the price of subscription plans will be notified to the User prior to it taking effect. Renewing the subscription after such notice will constitute acceptance of the new price.

Access to each plan's features is subject to timely payment of the corresponding fee. Failure to pay will entitle Ceibo to suspend or restrict the User's access to the features of the contracted plan, without prejudice to any other remedies that may be available.

The User is solely responsible for:

• ●The use they make of the Platform and of the information obtained through it.
• ●The truthfulness, accuracy and updating of the data and information they enter.
• ●The decisions, actions or omissions they make in connection with the use of the Platform.

Any decision made by the User is made at their own sole responsibility.

The User agrees to hold Ceibo harmless from any third-party claim arising from misuse of the Platform, breach of these Terms and Conditions, or information entered by the User.

To use certain Platform features, the User may register and provide personal information.

The User represents that the information provided is truthful and agrees to keep it up to date. Ceibo does not verify or validate the information entered by Users.

All matters relating to the processing of personal data are governed exclusively by Ceibo's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

If the Platform allows Users to upload, submit or otherwise incorporate User Content, the User represents and warrants that:

• ●They hold the copyright and other intellectual property rights over the User Content, or have obtained the necessary authorizations, licenses and consents from their rights holders -including, where applicable, the consent of any individuals whose likeness is included- to upload it, use it, and allow Ceibo to use it in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• ●The User Content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, right of publicity, honor, privacy or any other intellectual property or personal right of third parties.
• ●The User Content is not unlawful, defamatory, offensive, or contrary to applicable law.

The User will be solely and exclusively responsible for the User Content they upload to the Platform, as well as for any claim, damage, loss, fine or consequence arising from its upload, publication or use. The User agrees to hold Ceibo, its partners, directors, employees and agents harmless from any claim, legal action, fine or expense (including legal fees) arising from a breach of the representations made in this Section.

Ceibo does not verify or guarantee ownership of the rights in the User Content, and may -without this creating any obligation or liability on its part- remove, block or take down, without prior notice, any User Content that, in its sole discretion, may infringe third-party rights, be unlawful, or be contrary to these Terms and Conditions.

Use of the Platform is limited exclusively to the purposes and manner set out in these Terms and Conditions. Any other use is expressly prohibited.

The User agrees to use the Platform lawfully, diligently, and in accordance with applicable law, these Terms and Conditions, and any applicable policies.

The following is expressly prohibited:

• ●Scraping, crawling, harvesting or any automated, bulk or systematic extraction of data, content or information from the Platform, by any technical means, including bots, scripts, spiders, crawlers or other similar tools.
• ●Accessing the Platform through automated means, robots or bulk-access systems not expressly authorized by Ceibo.
• ●Reproducing, copying, distributing, commercializing, sublicensing, transforming or otherwise exploiting the Platform's content, data or features without Ceibo's express written authorization.
• ●Using information obtained through the Platform for commercial, advertising or data-mining purposes, or to create derivative or competing products or services.
• ●Breaching, attempting to breach, or circumventing the security, authentication, access-control mechanisms or any other technical measure implemented by Ceibo.
• ●Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling or otherwise attempting to obtain the source code of the Platform or any of its components.
• ●Engaging in any improper, abusive, fraudulent or bad-faith use that affects the normal operation of the Platform, Ceibo's rights, or the rights of third parties.
• ●Creating fake accounts, multiple accounts, or impersonating another person.

Breach of any of these prohibitions will entitle Ceibo to immediately suspend or terminate the User's access, without prejudice to any legal action that may be available.

Ceibo may modify, update or replace these Terms and Conditions, as well as its internal policies, including usage, operation and security policies, at any time.

Any material amendment will be communicated to Users at least thirty (30) calendar days before it takes effect.

Continued use of the Platform after that period has elapsed will constitute acceptance of the updated versions.

Ceibo may adapt, modify, update, suspend or discontinue the Platform, its programs, features or content, in whole or in part, for technical, operational, commercial or security reasons.

The Platform is offered on an as-available basis, without any guarantee of continuous, uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The User may request cancellation of their account and stop using the Platform at any time, in accordance with the mechanisms made available by Ceibo.

Ceibo may suspend or terminate, temporarily or permanently, the User's access in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, prohibited use of the Platform, or where required for security, legal or technical reasons.

Ceibo may offer general support or technical assistance services related to the use of the Platform, which will be provided on an as-available basis and without any guarantee of specific response times.

Support does not constitute professional advice nor does it entail any obligation of result.

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, its content, trademarks, developments, software, databases, data structures, algorithms, designs and other intangible assets are owned exclusively by Ceibo or used under license.

Use of the Platform does not grant the User any rights over such intellectual property. Any extraction, reproduction, distribution or other exploitation of the Platform's content and data without Ceibo's express written authorization is expressly prohibited, including any form of scraping, data mining or automated data collection.

Ceibo will not be liable for any failure to perform arising from events of force majeure or acts of God, including circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms and Conditions will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts having jurisdiction in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, without prejudice to any applicable mandatory public-policy rules.
